Support Services To Change Behavior Patterns

The S.T.A.R.R. Program is a risk reduction program that is based on the CRCS model. This program is designed to help clients to change their behavior patterns that will decrease their risk behaviors that can jeopardize them for acquiring or spreading the HIV virus. Participants will have regular one – on –one meetings with their risk reduction counselor who will help guide the client to a realistic plan that will help the client to obtain a successful outcome.

Eligibility Requirements are:
• Have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis
• Lives in Dallas County
• An at risk individual between the ages of 13-25

*Peer support meetings are available
