  • My Life Is Precious

    Teen Girl’s Program

The “My life is Precious” Program is inspiring young girls (13 to 19) to be empowered with leadership skills that will enhance their future contributions to society as well as their local community. These girls do not have to be HIV positive to participate in this program. However, they do have to have a desire for change to take place to help those who are most impacted by any negative situation.

These girls will learn how to advocate for others, how to budget and prepare for the workforce system. If you are interested in joining this program please register online by clicking here.

Words From Our CEO

First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting SAAVED. We welcome you to join us in our various programs and upcoming events. Also, we would like to give a special “Thank You” to all our supporters, volunteers and donors.

Since April 2006, SAAVED has been on a mission to “Restore Life and Health” by bringing awareness to the people in our communities. We have provided education and outreach testing days to the general public of high risk communities.

In 2006, there were 56,300 newly HIV cases in the United States of America. However, the Center of Disease Control (CDC) has estimated that 25% of the U. S. population is HIV positive, but they don’t know it. Being clueless about your status can cause more harm than good. But, knowing can save your life.

I never thought that I will be doing this work. Nevertheless, after so many years being clueless of my HIV status, being tested saved my life and it motivates me to help save others by providing the services needed to restore others living with HIV/AIDS and their families. If you have any questions about our programs or would like to learn how you can support our cause and/or volunteer with SAAVED, please go to our “Contact Us” page to help make a difference in the lives of those in need.
