Today is FRIDAY!!!!!!!!! YIPPIE!!!

This is the last day for me to answer any questions? I'm surprised about the number of questions that I've received. Which was only two!

On next week the usual routine will begin... Quote and Thought of the day.

But, I will like to leave a question with you, in hopes that I will receive some enlightening positive and encouraging answers.

In America, HIV is growing rapidly. Every 9 1/2 minutes someone is being infected with the virus and every 35 minutes an African American woman is being infected. What can we do as a whole to address this issue in a way that people will listen and become alarm?

Previously, someone asked me to give my insight on childhood obesity. I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with this issue. Nevertheless, obesity is a problem among many Americans today, but it is a crisis that we can change. The only problem is "Change is hard".
In order for change to take place we must first become committed to the vision of what we are trying to change. Next we must discipline ourselves and work towards the goal.
Being obese is something that we all must change, because the end result will be better health. Therefore, we must stop spending our hard earned money on things that are beneficial to our health. Which includes... chips, french fries, burgers, fried food and more?
My friend, I must say that we as adults are to blame for our children being obese. Why, because we do not re-enforce outside activities but we allow them to sit in front of the television eating junk food that we purchase. If, we stop purchasing the junk food and replace it with carrots, broccoli and celery then they will have nothing else to snack on but this. In order to change childhood obesity... We must first accept our role in the situation and change our behavior, because in the end it will benefit our children.
